Cancellations
received in writing 30 days prior to reservation date will receive
a refund, less a $150.00 handling and administrative charge. Variations
from specified and confirmed dates such as late arrivals or early
departures will be charged at the posted daily rate of the accommodation.
No refunds or credits for early departures. Rates subject to change
without notice, and Siesta Key Inn reserves the right to assign
rooms. Misrepresentation voids reservation.
